Dear Friends

Thank you for being our guests in 2007 and if you weren't there, we missed you!

2007 spring fishing was outstanding. A lot of 18 to 21 inch walleye were caught as well as a few trophy walleye and many slot pike! Spring fires plaqued the Sturgeon Lake area but we were lucky. The forest fire fighters worked hard to keep the properties safe.

Summer fishing was good if you didn't mind fishing in the rain. It rained most of the summer so the lake is full. John and Don, study up on your trout fishing!! See you in June.

This fall the moose hunters were catching all the walleye they wanted to eat off the docks. They got their moose too!

We lost a good friend this year. Leo and his pals have been coming to Camp Midgard since before it was Camp Midgard. Leo is going to be missed by all who knew him. We are happy that Pete is still with us, and hope Jim and Del are recovering.

We are participating in only one sport show in 2008. We will be going to the La Crosse Boat Sport and Travel show in La Crosse, WI. February 7th, through February 10th, 2008.

Instead,
READ THIS CAREFULLY!

Instead of spending our advertising dollars on sport shows, we are going to try to give some of our advertising dollars back to our loyal customers! If you recommend a group of 2 or more and the party making the reservation gives us your name, we will give you dollars off your next stay with us if they spend a week in one of our cabins. A new group of 2, you will receive a $50.00 coupon. 3 or more in their own cabin you will receive a $100.00 coupon. IF the group comes up after your trip in 2008, we will send you a coupon for that dollar amount good in 2009. 3 groups of 3 individuals or more will earn your individual trip FREE in 2009.

If we don’t see you at a sport show, drop us a line, or email us at Lloyd@campmidgard.com. We want to know how you are doing.
